In this classic Salvador Dali image, the Spanish knight Don Quixote is perched on his valiant steed, doing battle with the giant Caraculiambro. The horse and rider was a repetitive image in Dali’s paintings, often appearing as a detail in the background. Note the special design in the lower right corner where Master Dali and his wife Gala’s names are intertwined under a crown.
This lithograph bears Salvador Dali’s original signature in pencil and is signed and verified as authentic on the reverse by Dali Archivist Albert Field.
