An aesthetically stunning and strangely compelling image of a classic Salvador Dali bullfighter. Colors cascade downward to surrealistically delineate the mystical figure of the matador. Master Dali created many toreador images throughout his career; this one being distinctly regal. In front of a landscape of barren cliffs, one sees a traveler on the plains of life, listening to the tales of the seated ancient. To the right we wait expectantly, as a warrior prepares to sail across the Dalinian plains of infinity.
This lithograph bears Salvador Dali’s original signature in pencil and is signed and verified as authentic on the reverse by Dali Archivist Albert Field.
